Pavilion at Creative Vision

Under the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, the Pavilion at Creative Vision is in the heart of the Flathead Valley, centrally located just minutes from Kalispell, Whitefish, Bigfork and Glacier National Park.

The Pavilion provides a unique, full service, wedding experience second to none. The focus is on serving you, creating the day of your dreams, dealing with details, so you can relax and enjoy your event.

A breathtaking location overlooking the Columbia Mountain range with professionally landscaped gardens ready for your wedding ceremony. The 20 foot tall circular wrought iron gazebo silhouettes against the mountain views. The Pavilion was constructed specifically for events to best accommodate you and your guests needs.  Seating can easily adapt to an intimate gathering or a 300 guest list.

The Pavilion provides the big things: the tables, chairs (including set up and tear down), standard linens, sound system, parking assistance, clean up and a professional Day of Coordinator. Plus the little things: bobby pins, scissors, tooth picks, black socks (when forgotten), shepherd hooks, sand ceremony table, lighted mirrors and more. We strive to think of everything you could forget.

The people who make the Pavilion

Our staff is the heart beat of the Pavilion. These phenomenal people pour out their hearts in service with great attitudes, humble spirits and dedicated performance. Without these men and women, the experience you have would not be the same. We are grateful to call them friends and you will too!

Who we are

The Pavilion was built to fill a need that existed in the valley. In 2003, brides struggled to find a venue where they could utilize the vendors of their choice. Plus they wanted to have an outdoor ceremony with beautiful grounds and views of the mountains.  Having their reception at the same location and having it covered  in case the weather changed was another repeated request.

When brides came to our facility they asked if we would be open to having their wedding in our garden. David and I discussed the idea and spent the next 19 months going through the Flathead County Conditional Use Permit process.  In 2005, our permit was granted! We were ready to break ground on Monday, August 29th but Hurricane Katrina hit landfall that same day. Overnight, we could not get lumber, plywood or any other building supply.  The Pavilion would have to wait until supplies became available.

Nearly two years later, lumber was once again plentiful and the Pavilion was built. Ten to twelve couples each year have walked down the isle and pledged their hearts to one another. It has been our honor to get to know and serve such amazing people! We look forward to each new season.
