A heart to serve is the foundation of the Pavilion. Reducing the work load and stress for our clients so they can enjoy the day they have dreamed of their entire life is a blessing. Zig Ziglar once said, “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.” Caring for you, the bride and groom, and your guests brings us great joy.
Anticipating the needs of our clients and having the items available minimizes our clients stress. By building and developing trust, everyone knows we are actively fulfilling the dreams they planned. We love to say “we have that” as we rush off to grab it. With as many moving parts as a wedding has, no one can remember it all. So relax and enjoy, we have you covered!
As you depart for your honeymoon having lived your dream day, our hearts are full knowing we provided you with a fantastic experience. We have strived to minimize any issues, solve problems and encourage everyone. As we clean the Pavilion, pulling linens, washing tables and stacking chairs we know you have started an amazing chapter in your lives. It is an honor to be a part of it with you!
Victoria loves to lift up, edify and encourage people. She is organized, creative and loves people. She lives with her amazing husband, David and son, Alex and two fluffy Samoyed dogs named Atlas and Athena.
David believes those who serve the most, succeed the most. He is the biggest server of all! He is brilliant, thoughtful and a great communicator. He recently escaped from the corporate cube and is enjoying spending time with his wife and son. In his spare time he is building our dreams.
2019 will be Alex's sixth full season at the Pavilion. He challenges himself with how many chairs he can carry at a time and his arms show the work out. He enjoys Boy Scouts, Civil Air Patrol and of course Xbox. This young man hustles because he too has a heart to serve.
The Pavilion was built to fill a need that existed in the valley. In the early 2000’s, brides struggled to find a venue where they could utilize the vendors of their choice. Plus they wanted to have an outdoor ceremony with beautiful grounds and views of the mountains. Having their reception at the same location and having it covered in case the weather changed was another repeated request.
When brides came to our facility, they asked if we would be open to having their wedding in our garden. David and I discussed the idea and spent the next 19 months going through the Flathead County Conditional Use Permit process. In 2005, our permit was granted! We were ready to break ground on Monday, August 29th but Hurricane Katrina hit landfall that same day. Overnight, lumber, plywood or any other building supply disapeared. The Pavilion would have to wait until supplies became available.
Nearly two years later, lumber was once again plentiful and the Pavilion was built. Ten to twelve couples each year have walked down the isle and pledged their hearts to one another. It has been our honor to get to know and serve such amazing people! We look forward to each new couple.
Our day wouldn't have been as wonderful as it was without Victoria and this amazing venue!!!!
We love everything about this place! They made the day so wonderful for our kids!
Victoria and the crew were awesome! Couldn't have asked for a more relaxed day on the biggest day of my life. I knew I could count on everything getting done that had been promised! Thank you so much for making our day so great!
